General Considerations of Our Consultation Plans

By purchasing a NutriWhite consultation plan,
you agree to all Consultation Policies.

Our consultations are conducted by NutriWhite Ambassadors, who are nutritionists and doctors specialized in Immunonutrition and accredited in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Our team of ambassadors is certified in the NutriWhite approach, based on our 3R Immunonutrition Protocol.

You may have up to two (2) NutriWhite Ambassadors working alongside you to guide you through your personalized 3R action plan during your consultation plan.

Our consultations last approximately one hour; however, in some cases, they may extend up to an hour and a half.

If you purchase more than one (1) consultation, you will be assigned a WhatsApp group with your consultation logistics advisor, specialized exam advisor, complementary supplement advisor, for support and logistical assistance during your consultation plan.

You will receive your consultation materials and instructions via email. These materials will be valid for 90 days.

Our nutritional recommendations do not replace medical diagnoses and/or recommendations from other specialists in different health fields.
Policies of Our NutriWhite Consultation Plans:

To maintain the price and reserve your consultation slot, you must pay and send the corresponding payment receipt for the selected NutriWhite consultation plan within 24 hours. Otherwise, you risk the plan's price being modified and losing your reserved spot.

Consultations will be confirmed with you by our logistics team. If we do not receive a response from you, the consultation will be considered as consumed.*

If you do not attend the consultation, arrive more than 20 minutes late, or cancel it with less than 48 business hours' notice, the consultation will be considered as consumed.*

*If you wish to reschedule a consumed consultation, you must pay an additional fee of $80 USD.

We recommend verifying the total amount to be paid for consultation plans before making the payment, as we do not maintain credits. If you overpay, you must notify our logistics team immediately for a refund. If more than three weeks pass without notification, policy thirteen (13) considerations will apply.

After purchasing the Consultation Plan service, you have up to one (1) month to begin the service. Otherwise, your payment will be refunded considering policy thirteen (13) considerations.

No refunds will be issued if the patient has used 50% (or more) of the consultations in their plan, except in duly justified exceptional cases. This measure aims to ensure the continuity of the plan and prevent partial use that may affect its effectiveness. If a refund is approved and processed, please note that 20% of the refundable amount will be deducted to cover administrative expenses and applicable banking fees. The refund will be issued within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of the request.

It is not allowed to transfer the consultation to other people.

NutriWhite does not handle arrangements with insurance companies. You will receive your consultation materials (valid for 90 days) and, upon request, the invoice for the consultation plan purchased. If you need an updated report after the 90-day period, you must schedule a new consultation.

The health questionnaire and nutritional history must be completed in the “Patients” section of our website at least 72 hours before your consultation.

a. After your first consultation, you only need to complete the health questionnaire before each meeting with your NutriWhite Ambassador. If you do not complete it in advance, you will need to use consultation time to fill it out.

If your consultation is online, you must:

• Have a good internet connection. Download the ZOOM platform (www.zoom.us) in advance. 
• Be in a quiet place where you can converse freely. 
• Have a functional audio and video system.  Keep your camera on.
• Avoid driving, working, or cooking during the consultation.
• Otherwise, the consultation may be considered as used.*

Our consultation materials will be sent within a maximum of 72 business hours after each completed consultation. If these timelines are not met, please notify our logistics team.

It is not necessary for children to attend pediatric consultations; the presence of the parent is sufficient to carry out the child's 3R Protocol.

In pediatric consultations, it is not necessary for the children to attend; they may only attend if the guardians have external assistance for the care of their child.

After purchasing your initial consultation plan, the NutriWhite Ambassador will determine, based on your case, a complementary and personalized action plan with the number and frequency of the following consultations.

In the case of acquiring specialized exams, a results review of up to two (2) exams can be conducted during a consultation with the NutriWhite Ambassador (certain conditions apply).

If you purchased more than two (2) specialized exams, you must acquire a complementary consultation plan for the review of the remaining results.

If you have a WhatsApp group, it will remain open as long as you have an active consultation plan.

During your consultation plan, you will have the support of your NutriWhite Ambassador via email between each meeting. This support does not replace a consultation and will only address general questions about the plan (more specific adjustments should be made during your consultation).

NutriWhite is authorized to use and disclose information from the patient's history, as long as said use and disclosure (i) does not involve personal identification data, such as names, surnames, ID numbers, and home addresses; and (ii) is strictly and solely related to conducting studies and research by NutriWhite, as long as these are directly connected to NutriWhite.
