NutriWhite is not a supplement manufacturer. NutriWhite recommends supplements from top manufacturers, prioritizing quality, bioavailability, and scientific effectiveness. They do not contain dairy, sugar, yeast, or soy.

NutriWhite is not responsible for incidents with suppliers (open products, excess, undelivered, or delivery delays). These situations must be handled directly between the buyer and the supplier.

We recommend that you verify that the supplements selected in the shopping cart match the recommendations made by your NutriWhite Ambassador to avoid unwanted purchases.
Considerations when requesting your supplements:

To request your supplements, you need to:
• Have a payment method in US dollars: Credit card.
• Have a physical address in the United States where you can receive your supplements.
• Select your preferred shipping method (within the platform, you will find two options: UPS and USPS).

If you are outside the United States, in addition to policy five (5), you should consider:
• Ensure that the destination country’s customs allow the entry of international supplements.
• Remember that these two companies do not ship outside the United States.
• Have a physical address, a courier, or a door-to-door service in the United States where your supplements can be sent to your destination country.
• Consider the shipping costs from the USA to your destination country.

Fullscript only operates within the U.S. and with personal addresses, and they do not deliver supplements to courier or door-to-door addresses. If you are outside the country, you must use a VPN to access the portal and manage your supplements.

If you reside in the United States of America, you will not be responsible for any shipping costs for the kits to the laboratory (round trip), as we work with American laboratories. If you do not reside in the United States, you can access our shipping logistics services upon payment of the fee. Our logistics advisors are available to guide you through the process.
• NutriWhite is not responsible for samples that arrive at the laboratory without paperwork, as they will not be processed.

We recommend that you contact the support team of the portal where you made the purchase if any of the following occurs:
• If your payment has not been processed on the portal’s page but the amount has still been deducted from your card.
• If there is an error in the shipping address provided on the portal or you no longer reside at that location.
• If additional products have been incorrectly added to your order.
