  • 2 artichokes
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

     
  • Wash the artichokes thoroughly, cut off the tips in one slice, and remove the outer leaves until you reach the tender inner part.
  • Cut them in half and remove the fuzzy choke from the heart of the artichoke.
  • Wash well again and slice into thin strips.
  • Drain and fry the slices, then season to taste.
