  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional – not suitable for ketogenic diets)
  • 30 g of powdered coconut
  • 100 ml of almond milk
  • 10 drops of vanilla extract

Preparation

     
  • Place the peeled and pitted avocado in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Note: This recipe tastes even better with the addition of coconut extract, shredded coconut, and small pieces of banana.
