  • 1 cauliflower
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground cassava (almond flour for ketogenic diet)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Olive oil

Preparation

     
  • Boil the washed cauliflower until tender.
  • Drain it well in a bowl.
  • Add salt to the beaten eggs and dip the cauliflower first in the cassava and then in the egg.
  • Fry until golden.
