Ingredients
- 500g boiled malanga (ocumo)
- 2 onions, chopped
- 8 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 2 lemons
- 1 and a half oranges
- 1/2 cup oilSalt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Boil the malanga (ocumo).
- Sauté the onions, garlic, and salt for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, orange juice, and chopped parsley.
- In a bowl, place the malanga, previously cut into thick slices, and pour the hot mojo sauce over it.
- Serve and enjoy!
