Ingredients

     
  • 500g boiled malanga (ocumo)
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 and a half oranges
  • 1/2 cup oilSalt and pepper to taste

Preparation

     
  • Boil the malanga (ocumo).
  • Sauté the onions, garlic, and salt for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the lemon juice, orange juice, and chopped parsley.
  • In a bowl, place the malanga, previously cut into thick slices, and pour the hot mojo sauce over it.
  • Serve and enjoy!
