Ingredients
- 400 g of broccoli
- 1 medium potato
- 3 carrots
- 1 egg
- 100 g of ground cassava
- Salt
Preparation
- Wash the broccoli, remove the stems, and cut it into pieces. Set aside.
- Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes, and cut them into small pieces.
- Place a pot with water on the stove, and when it boils, add the broccoli, carrots, and potatoes, and let them cook.
- Mash everything and mix in a bowl, adding salt and any allowed herbs or spices, and mix well.
- Once everything is well combined, add the egg and grated cassava, and mix with your hands.
- Shape into burgers and cook on a griddle until both sides are golden.
