  • Large salad tomatoes
  • 7 arugula leaves
  • 7 buffalo bocconcini
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Preparation

     
  • Slice the tomatoes thinly, cut the bocconcini in halves, and chop the arugula into small pieces.
  • Arrange the tomato slices around a flat plate.
  • Place a mozzarella half on top of each tomato slice.
  • Sprinkle the chopped arugula over everything.
  • Season with olive oil, oregano, salt, and a touch of pepper.
