  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • Blend the carrot and ginger in a blender until a paste forms.
  • Add the vinegar, then the oil.
  • Remove the mixture from the blender and stir in the sesame seeds.
  • If needed, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy.
