Ingredients
- 1 kg of cooked cassava
- 300 g of ghee butter
- 6 tbsp of honey
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 100 g of shredded coconut
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp of baking soda
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C (300 °F).
- Peel and grate the raw cassava using the medium side of the grater.
- The butter should be at a soft, creamy consistency: cream the butter using a mixer.
- Add the eggs and honey.
- Continue mixing until everything is well combined.
- Add the shredded coconut, grated cassava, and baking soda together, mix, and then add the coconut milk.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
