Ingredients
- 250 g coconut milk
- 250 g grated cassava
- 1 liter water
- Cinnamon sticks
- 80 ml honey
- Vanilla to taste
Preparation
- Bring the water, cinnamon sticks, and honey to medium heat.
- Blend the coconut milk and add the cinnamon-infused water.
- Separately, blend the grated cassava and strain it through a cloth.
- Add the strained cassava to the previous mixture and stir in the vanilla.
- Stir constantly until it reaches a boil — and it’s ready.
Note: We recommend pairing this with your preferred protein (chicken, turkey, fish, etc.) for breakfast if you're not vegetarian.
