  • 500 g cassava
  • Previously prepared shredded chicken (pisillo)
  • Salt

Preparation

     
  • Boil the cassava until tender.
  • Mash it and add salt.
  • Form small balls, flatten them, and add the filling.
  • Fold and seal like an empanada.
  • Bake until golden brown.
  • Note: We recommend serving this for breakfast with your preferred protein (chicken, turkey, etc.) if you're not vegetarian.
