Ingredients

     
  • 1 cauliflower
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground garlic
  • Chopped parsley
  • Garlic pieces
  • Ground cassava (or almond flour for a ketogenic option)
  • 2 eggs
  • Coconut oil

Preparation

     
  • Clean the cauliflower, remove the stem, and leave only the florets.
  • Boil until soft.
  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mash until you have a moldable dough.
  • Fry in coconut oil, shaping the croquettes with a spoon into your preferred form.
