- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cup Swiss chard
- ½ stalk of celery
- Raisins to taste
- Wine vinegar
- 1 red onion
- Parsley to taste
- 1 cucumber, diced
- Mint
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Finely chop all ingredients and place them in a bowl
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly with water and vinegar, drain it, and remove all the stems before chopping
- Process the cauliflower and strain it using a cloth
- Add everything to the bowl with the vegetables and sauté for 1 minute
- Serve and enjoy
