Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 garlic sprout stems
- 1 scallion (white part only)
- 1 leek (white part only)
- 6 sweet peppers
- ½ red onion
- ½ white onion
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 150 g of sliced mushrooms
- 1 grated cauliflower
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- Coconut oil for sautéing
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- White pepper to taste
Preparation
- Chop all the vegetables into small pieces
- Heat the coconut oil, add the garlic, turmeric, and white pepper, and cook for one minute
- Add the garlic sprouts, scallion, leek, sweet peppers, red onion, and white onion, and sauté for a couple of minutes
- Add the asparagus and then the mushrooms, stir and cover, letting it cook until juicy
- Uncover and add the grated cauliflower, coconut milk, oregano, and salt, stir, cover again, and let it cook for 1 more minute
- Serve and enjoy
