Ingredients
- ½ crushed chicken breast
- 1 egg
- Salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ onion
- ½ bell pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup ground cassava flatbread (casabe)
- Coconut or olive oil
Preparation
- Place the crushed chicken in a bowl and add the egg, salt, pepper, and all the other ingredients except the cassava.
- Once mixed, add ½ cup of ground cassava and knead everything together.
- Form into small balls and coat them with the remaining cassava. Fry and set aside.
