Ingredients

     
  • 200 g of chicken
  • 1 bag of arugula
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 150 g of mushrooms
  • 50 g of grated buffalo cheese
  • ½ onion
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Wash the arugula, tomatoes, and mushrooms thoroughly.
  • Cut the tomatoes into pieces and slice the onion.
  • In a skillet, add a splash of olive oil and heat over medium heat.
  • Sauté the mushrooms for a couple of minutes until they release their moisture, then add them to the salad.
  • Chop the chicken breast and add it in as well.
  • Dress with olive oil, vinegar, and salt, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
