Ingredients

     
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp green pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • ⅛ tsp grated garlic
  • 4 chicken or turkey breast fillets
  • Coconut oil

Preparation

     
  • Mix the egg with the water and all the other ingredients except the chicken.
  • Cut the fillets into nugget-sized pieces and coat them in the batter.
  • Fry in hot oil and then drain on paper towels.
