Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp green pepper
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- ⅛ tsp grated garlic
- 4 chicken or turkey breast fillets
- Coconut oil
Preparation
- Mix the egg with the water and all the other ingredients except the chicken.
- Cut the fillets into nugget-sized pieces and coat them in the batter.
- Fry in hot oil and then drain on paper towels.
