Ingredients
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup agave syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
- Soak the macadamia nuts for 8 hours.
- After soaking, add all the remaining ingredients except the banana and coconut oil.
- Blend for a few minutes until everything is well integrated.
- Transfer the mixture to the freezer for a few hours.
- Remove from the freezer and blend it again at least twice to prevent crystallization.
- At that point, mash the bananas, add them to the ice cream, and mix well using a large wooden spoon.
- Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
