- 1 cup banana flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine the banana flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and honey, and mix well.
- Gradually add the warm water and mix until fully incorporated.
- Then add the coconut oil and apple cider vinegar, and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
