Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp flaxseed gel
- ¼ cup honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Raw sesame seeds
Preparation
- Place the shredded coconut and cinnamon in a food processor.
- After processing for a few minutes, add the flaxseed gel.
- Slowly drizzle in the honey while the mixture blends.
- Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl and bring everything together.
- The mixture is ready when you can form a ball without it sticking to your hands.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in a plate of sesame seeds.
- Note: We recommend serving this with your preferred protein (chicken, turkey, fish, etc.) for breakfast if you're not vegetarian.
