Ingredients
- 4 fillets of approved fish
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1 chopped leek
- 2 cups of water
- 20 g of grated ginger
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation
- Sauté the garlic, ginger, scallion, bell pepper, and leek.
- Add water, curry, ginger, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and stir until it comes to a boil.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper, add it to the broth, and cover. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- After a few minutes, flip the fish.
- Turn off the heat after 3–4 minutes and add the sesame oil and cilantro.
