  • 300 grams of smoked bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 grams of clarified butter
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

     
  • Cut the bacon into pieces and blanch it for 2 minutes in boiling water, then dry it with a paper towel.
  • In a skillet, spray with clarified butter and cook the bacon until golden.
  • Drain to remove excess fat, then return the bacon to the skillet.
  • Crack the eggs over the bacon and cook on low heat.
  • Serve hot.
