Fish Fillet Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • 4 fish fillets (it can be hake or seabass)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cassava flour for coating (Optional, NOT on a ketogenic diet)
  • ½ or 1 cup of water
  • Oil

Preparation

  • Wash the fillets well and let them marinate for 5 minutes with the juice of one lemon.
  • Meanwhile, chop all the ingredients finely.
  • Coat the fillets in gluten-free flour and place them in a pan with a little oil.
  • Cook each side over medium heat, flipping the fillets carefully so they don’t break.
  • When flipping, add all the other ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, chopped parsley, and finally the wine with ½ cup of water.
  • If you're not using wine, add a full cup of water instead.
  • Cover and cook on low heat while everything finishes cooking together and the fillets absorb the aromas. Serve hot with sautéed vegetables.
