Prepare delicious fish fillets with lemon, herbs, and wine, accompanied by sautéed vegetables, for a tasty and healthy meal.


Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (it can be hake or seabass)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 small onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cassava flour for coating (Optional, NOT on a ketogenic diet)
- ½ or 1 cup of water
- Oil
Preparation
- Wash the fillets well and let them marinate for 5 minutes with the juice of one lemon.
- Meanwhile, chop all the ingredients finely.
- Coat the fillets in gluten-free flour and place them in a pan with a little oil.
- Cook each side over medium heat, flipping the fillets carefully so they don’t break.
- When flipping, add all the other ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, chopped parsley, and finally the wine with ½ cup of water.
- If you're not using wine, add a full cup of water instead.
- Cover and cook on low heat while everything finishes cooking together and the fillets absorb the aromas. Serve hot with sautéed vegetables.
