Flaxseed and Coconut Bread Recipe

Delicious bread made with flaxseed and coconut flour, rich in nutrients and gluten-free. Perfect to enjoy at breakfast or as a healthy side.

Ingredients

     
  • ½ cup flaxseed flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 fresh egg whites
  • 3 whole fresh eggs
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • ½ glass of water

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • Mix the coconut flour, flaxseed flour, and baking soda.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
  • Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Enjoy.

Note: We recommend serving this for breakfast with your preferred protein (chicken, turkey, fish, etc.) if you're not vegetarian.
