  • 400g malanga (ocumo)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 sweet pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 100g turkey ham
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

     
  • Finely grate the malanga (ocumo) and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Form small balls and let them rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
  • Heat the oil and fry the fritters until golden and crispy.
