Ingredients

     
  • 4 oranges (or lemon if it's for a ketogenic version)
  • 6 sheets of neutral gelatin (pre-soaked)
  • 200 ml of water

Preparation

  • Squeeze the oranges, reserving the juice, and set aside the orange peels.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the juice and stir with a whisk.
  • Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and pour it over the juice, stirring constantly to incorporate the gelatin.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture into the orange halves and let it cool in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.
