- 6 sheets of neutral gelatin (pre-soaked)
- 200 ml of water
Preparation
- Squeeze the oranges, reserving the juice, and set aside the orange peels.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the juice and stir with a whisk.
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and pour it over the juice, stirring constantly to incorporate the gelatin.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into the orange halves and let it cool in the refrigerator for a minimum of two hours.
