  • Lemon
  • Chicken breast fillet
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

  • Squeeze the lemons and mix the juice with half a teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste.
  • Clean the chicken fillets thoroughly and poke them with a fork on both sides.
  • Place them in a bowl or plastic container with the prepared lemon juice and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • After this time, the fillets will look slightly white.
  • Heat a skillet, and once it’s very hot, place the chicken fillets in it.
  • Cook on both sides until fully cooked and nicely browned.
  • Add the lemon juice during cooking and let it evaporate completely.
  • Serve and enjoy!
