Ingredients

     
  • 1 cup of lentils soaked for 24 hours with baking soda
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of zucchini
  • 50 g of beef stew meat
  • 1 cup of boiled pumpkin
  • 1 small boiled carrot
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 50 g of olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste

Preparation

     
  • Sauté the onion with the tomato.
  • Add the zucchini and beef, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the pumpkin and carrot.
  • Pour in the broth and add the remaining vegetables to the sautéed mixture.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
