Ingredients
- 1 cup washed quinoa
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- ½ green bell pepper
- ½ red bell pepper
- 400 g mushrooms
- Sea salt
- Garlic to taste
- Pepper
Preparation
- Sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Add one cup of quinoa and lightly toast it with the vegetables.
- Pour in 3 cups of hot water and season with salt, garlic, and pepper.
- Cook everything together for about 20 minutes, or until the quinoa is fluffy and the water has evaporated.
