Ingredients

     
  • 1 cup washed quinoa
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic to taste
  • Pepper

Preparation

     
  • Sauté the garlic, onion, carrot, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  • Add one cup of quinoa and lightly toast it with the vegetables.
  • Pour in 3 cups of hot water and season with salt, garlic, and pepper.
  • Cook everything together for about 20 minutes, or until the quinoa is fluffy and the water has evaporated.
  • Serve and enjoy.
  • If you're not following the 3R Low-Histamine Protocol, you may add seafood of your choice—especially those you tolerate well.
