Ingredients
- 2 fillets of sole, grouper, or hake
- 1/4 kg shrimp
- 1/4 kg octopus
- 1 yellow chili pepper
- 1 large lime
- 1 medium red onion
- Fresh cilantro to taste
- 1 tbsp sea water
Preparation
- Slice the red onion into thin strips and soak it in water for 10 minutes to mellow its flavor.
- Cut the chili pepper into thin strips and finely chop the cilantro.
- Clean the fish thoroughly and cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the fish, shrimp, and octopus with the onion, cilantro, and one tablespoon of sea water.
- Then add the lime juice and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy.
