Ingredients

     
  • 2 fillets of sole, grouper, or hake
  • 1/4 kg shrimp
  • 1/4 kg octopus
  • 1 yellow chili pepper
  • 1 large lime
  • 1 medium red onion
  • Fresh cilantro to taste
  • 1 tbsp sea water

Preparation

  • Slice the red onion into thin strips and soak it in water for 10 minutes to mellow its flavor.
  • Cut the chili pepper into thin strips and finely chop the cilantro.
  • Clean the fish thoroughly and cut it into cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix the fish, shrimp, and octopus with the onion, cilantro, and one tablespoon of sea water.
  • Then add the lime juice and mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy.
