Ingredients
- 5 potatoes
- 1 egg
- Ground cassava bread
- Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste}
- Oil for frying
- A bit of grated buffalo cheese
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them.
- Once the mash is warm, place it in a bowl, beat 1 egg and add it to the mash, then add parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
- Form small balls with your hands and coat them with ground cassava bread.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Note: If the mash is too soft to shape into balls, you can add ground cassava to give it firmness.
