Ingredients
- 1 kg boiled potatoes
- 400g cassava flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated buffalo cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
Preparation
- Mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Place the cassava flour on a surface, then add the mashed potatoes in the center.
- Create a well in the middle of the potatoes, add the eggs, and knead until the dough is compact.
- Once the dough is smooth and uniform, roll it into ropes and cut them into 2 cm pieces.
- Add the pieces to boiling water with a little salt.
- Once they start to float, remove them and serve with your preferred sauce.
