Potato Gnocchi Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • 1 kg boiled potatoes
  • 400g cassava flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated buffalo cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)

Preparation

  • Mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Place the cassava flour on a surface, then add the mashed potatoes in the center.
  • Create a well in the middle of the potatoes, add the eggs, and knead until the dough is compact.
  • Once the dough is smooth and uniform, roll it into ropes and cut them into 2 cm pieces.
  • Add the pieces to boiling water with a little salt.
  • Once they start to float, remove them and serve with your preferred sauce.
