Ingredients

     
  • 4 pieces of boiled sweet potato (120 g)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 egg whites

Preparation

     
  • Blend the egg whites until foamy.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and continue blending.
  • Heat a griddle or skillet and shape the pancakes.
  • Cook on both sides until done and serve with an allowed side.

Note: We recommend pairing this breakfast with your preferred source of protein (chicken, turkey, fish, etc.) if you're not vegetarian.
