Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 kg ground meat
- 1 carrot
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 5 potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons red chili pepper (ají rojo)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil
Preparation
- Wash and cook the quinoa, and separately cook the potatoes cut into chunks.
- In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and chopped vegetables along with the ground meat.
- Add the chili pepper, salt, and pepper, and cook until everything is well done.
- Once ready, add the cooked quinoa and potatoes, bring everything to a boil to combine the flavors, and it’s ready to serve.
