Prepare a delicious dish of sautéed Swiss chard with mushrooms, walnuts, and a touch of curry, garnished with sesame seeds and fresh parsley.


Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- 250 g sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp honey (optional, not for ketogenic diets)
- 50 g parsley
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 80 g walnuts
Preparation
- Wash the Swiss chard, cut it into large pieces, and cook it in boiling water.
- Sauté the garlic and ¾ of the onion; set the remaining onion aside for the mushrooms.
- Add the Swiss chard and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Add the walnuts, curry, salt, and half of the chopped parsley (save the rest for garnish).
- Separately, sauté the remaining onion and add the mushrooms with honey, salt, and pepper.
- On a plate, arrange the Swiss chard and place the mushrooms in the center.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and the remaining parsley.
