Ingredients
- 2 cups of spinach with stems
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- ½ large onion or 1 small onion
- ½ chicken breast
- Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
- A pinch of basil
Preparation
- In a pot with water, add the spinach stems, potato, carrot, onion, chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, and basil.
- Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, then add the spinach leaves and continue boiling.
- After another 10 minutes, once the broth is ready, pour everything into a blender; gradually add the chicken, already chopped into small pieces.
- After blending everything together, check the salt — and it’s ready to serve.
