Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon (or you can use tuna, salmon, or ham)
- Pecorino cheese (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Place the avocado halves in an oven-safe dish and add 1 egg to each half.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- After this time, top with the bacon, tuna, or your chosen protein, and add cheese if desired.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
