- 2 cups of potato flour or mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 300 g of ground beef
Preparation
- Mix the potato flour with water and salt (skip this step if you’re using mashed potatoes).
- Form small balls and fill them with the ground beef mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a firm outer layer has formed.
Note: You can season the ground beef as follows:
- In a skillet, sauté paprika, onion, garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Add the ground beef and cook everything over low heat until fully cooked.
