Prepare delicious sweet potato tequeños filled with chocolate—perfect to enjoy on any occasion.


Ingredients
For the dough:
- 200 g of mashed sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 3 tablespoons of quinoa flour
For the filling:
- 100 g of dark chocolate
Preparation
- Knead the mashed sweet potato with the rest of the dough ingredients until you get a pliable, moldable dough.
- On a sheet of greased plastic wrap, place a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and place a piece of dark chocolate (cut into stick-like shapes) in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the chocolate to form tequeños and seal the ends well.
- Place the tequeños on a flat silicone baking tray, preferably greased with a bit of oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F). After about 15 minutes, or once they’re golden, flip them over to brown the other side evenly.
