Sweet Potato Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Buffalo cheese
  • Turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  • Boil the peeled sweet potatoes until soft enough to mash.
  • Mash them and place in a saucepan, adding the honey.
  • Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat with a bit of coconut oil.
  • Form small balls with the mixture, press the center to fill with grated buffalo cheese and pre-cooked turkey breast pieces, then seal and shape into oval croquettes.
  • Cook in the pan until golden on each side.
