Ingredients

     
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Preparation

  • Pour the almond milk into the blender and start blending on medium-high speed while slowly adding the oil.
  • When about half of the oil has been added, add the garlic and continue adding the oil slowly.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt, then blend for a few more minutes at maximum speed.
  • Note: This mayonnaise lasts for about 1 week if kept consistently refrigerated.
