Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon salt
Preparation
- Pour the almond milk into the blender and start blending on medium-high speed while slowly adding the oil.
- When about half of the oil has been added, add the garlic and continue adding the oil slowly.
- Add the lemon juice and salt, then blend for a few more minutes at maximum speed.
- Note: This mayonnaise lasts for about 1 week if kept consistently refrigerated.
