Ingredients
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 1 large carrot
- 4 potatoes
- 1 tomato
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sweet peppers
- 2 scallion stalks
- 3 tbsp olive or sunflower oil
- 2 liters of water
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Bring the water to a boil with the watercress leaves, carrot, and peeled, finely chopped potatoes until they are soft.
- Separately, sauté the scallion, garlic, tomato, and sweet pepper, then add them to the pot (you can also choose to add them raw).
- Season with salt and let it boil for 5 more minutes.
- Blend everything and serve.
