Form the noodles, cook briefly, and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 4 large zucchinis (spiralized into spaghetti using a spiralizer, knife, or vegetable peeler)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Shape the zucchini into spaghetti-like noodles and add salt.
- If you choose to cook them, do so for 2 minutes, then drain for 15 minutes (optional).
- Wrap them in paper towels and gently press to absorb as much excess moisture as possible.
Note: When you get close to the seeds, rotate the zucchini and start cutting from another side. The seeds will prevent the noodles from holding together, so avoid using the seeded portion.
