- 1 cup of potato flour
- 2 tablespoons of wate
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
- Chop the zucchini into small cubes or grate it using the coarse side of the grater, and set it aside.
- Mix the egg, flour, water, and salt until it reaches a thick consistency, then incorporate the zucchini into the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and, using a spoon, place the mixture into the pan, forming small fritters.
- Cook on both sides until golden and crispy.
- Note: You can use a different flour than potato flour if preferred.
