Durante mi trayectoria como Nutricionista en NutriWhite he crecido no solo profesionalmente si no personalmente y he aprendido a escuchar mi cuerpo y potenciar mi salud, al punto de que hoy en día me apasiona actualizarme, y así poder brindar un servicio de calidad y herramientas, tanto a consultantes adultos y pediátricos con problemas digestivos, metabólicos, inflamatorios, si no a aquella población que está dentro del Trastorno del Espectro Autista y su núcleo familiar que requieren de una mano que los guía para la mejor calidad de vida y potenciar la salud de su hijo.

Amo lo que hago y me motiva poder dejar un granito de arena en la salud y bienestar de mis asesorados.

Mi principal objetivo es conectar con mis pacientes y sus representantes para poder entender sus necesidades principales. Soy de escucha activa, de esa forma no sólo conectar empáticamente para mantener tu estilo de vida OkNutriWhite.

I enjoy accompanying people in transformation processes through changes in their eating habits and lifestyle, so they can maintain their habits for their well-being and not feel like they're living on a diet.

I lived my whole life accustomed to and normalizing the allergies on my skin, but I studied Nutrition and Dietetics seeking to bring order and meaning to my body image, physical, and mental health — without realizing that what I ate influenced the manifestations on my skin.

When I joined NutriWhite, I understood that by modifying deeply rooted eating habits, both personal and family-related, I would regain my skin’s health and regulate my appetite, as those habits were causing inflammation and triggering my symptoms.

I applied the 3R Protocol myself and personalized it by reducing histamines, and finally, I eliminated my allergies!

I love getting to know my patients' family history, lifestyle habits, and discovering what they enjoy doing, their daily rhythm, what foods they love, and what they prefer to avoid. I do this to ensure their menus are enjoyable and satisfying, making it easier for them to follow their Immunonutrition plan — which is the most fulfilling part of the entire process.
