Apple, Chicken, and Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients

     
  • ½ lettuce
  • 200 g of chicken
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ onion
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Coconut oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and season with salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden, then set it aside.
  • Wash, drain, and chop the lettuce, and place it in a bowl.
  • Peel and chop the vegetables, cutting the carrot into strips and the apple into cubes.
  • Finely chop the onion and add everything to the bowl with the lettuce.
  • Add the chicken once it has cooled.
  • Pour in the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and add the sprig of parsley.
