Ingredients
- ½ lettuce
- 200 g of chicken
- 1 apple
- 1 carrot
- ½ onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Coconut oil
- Vinegar

- Pepper
Preparation
- Cut the chicken fillets into cubes and season with salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden, then set it aside.
- Wash, drain, and chop the lettuce, and place it in a bowl.
- Peel and chop the vegetables, cutting the carrot into strips and the apple into cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and add everything to the bowl with the lettuce.
- Add the chicken once it has cooled.
- Pour in the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and add the sprig of parsley.
