- 1 cauliflower, washed (stem removed)

Preparation
- Sauté the onion until golden.
- Add the cauliflower, salt, bay leaf, cumin, and ginger. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the almond milk, and blend everything until smooth.
