Ingredients
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cassava starch
- 2 to 4 probiotic capsules
Preparation
- Pour the coconut milk into a pot, add the cassava starch (or arrowroot), and stir until dissolved.
- Heat the pot over low heat and cook until the mixture thickens, then let it cool.
- Pour the mixture into a glass container and add the contents of the probiotic capsules, mixing well.
- Let it ferment in a dark place for 24 hours.
- Then refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
- Note: Consume within 10 days.
