Ingredients

     
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cassava starch
  • 2 to 4 probiotic capsules

Preparation

  • Pour the coconut milk into a pot, add the cassava starch (or arrowroot), and stir until dissolved.
  • Heat the pot over low heat and cook until the mixture thickens, then let it cool.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass container and add the contents of the probiotic capsules, mixing well.
  • Let it ferment in a dark place for 24 hours.
  • Then refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Note: Consume within 10 days.
