Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of walnuts
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
- Soak the walnuts overnight.
- The next morning, drain them and blend with water, honey, and cinnamon.
- Once you have a thick and smooth mixture, strain it through a cloth strainer.
- Press to extract all the milk.
- Store the nut milk in the refrigerator in a glass bottle.
NOTE: It lasts about 2 days in the fridge.
The leftover walnuts in the strainer can be used later to make cookies.
